Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who we are

Wedding Planora ("the Service") is a web-based wedding planning application owned and operated by AG Performance, Buchholzstrasse 13, 8053 Zurich, Switzerland ("we", "us"). Contact: support@weddingplanora.com.

2. The Service

The Service provides digital wedding planning tools (budget, guest list, RSVP page, seating, vendors, checklists and more). It is a planning aid only: bookings and contracts with venues, vendors and other third parties are exclusively between you and them.

3. Account

You need a free account to use the Service. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account may be shared by the two partners planning the same wedding.

4. Prices and purchases

  • Essentials: CHF 29.90 — one-time payment.
  • Complete Wedding: CHF 59.90 — one-time payment, lifetime access.
  • Everything & After: CHF 99.90 — one-time payment (includes Honeymoon Planner, Guest Photo Gallery, Gift Registry and QR Table Finder).
  • Single add-ons: Honeymoon Planner CHF 29.90, Guest Photo Gallery CHF 29.90, Gift Registry CHF 19.90, QR Table Finder CHF 19.90 — one-time payments.
  • Upgrades between tiers are available at the prices shown in the app; amounts already paid are taken into account.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are processed by Stripe. Nothing on this site is a subscription; apart from the single free-trial charge described below, no payment recurs.

5. Free trial

The 3-day free trial gives full access to the Service, including all add-ons (printing/downloads unlock after the trial). A valid payment card is required to start it. Unless you cancel within the 3 days, the card is automatically charged CHF 99.90 for the Everything & After package — once. After that single charge the plan is terminated by us and never renews. You can cancel anytime during the trial with the "Cancel trial" button in the app; in that case nothing is charged and access ends. If the charge fails, access ends.

6. Right of withdrawal

By purchasing you request immediate access to digital content. For EU consumers: you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive). Sales are therefore final; refunds may be granted at our discretion — contact support@weddingplanora.com. Your mandatory statutory rights regarding defective digital content remain unaffected. The free trial lets you evaluate the full Service before any charge.

7. Etsy purchases

If you bought via Etsy, your payment is processed by Etsy and unlocked here with a redeem code. Etsy's purchase terms apply to the transaction; these Terms apply to your use of the Service.

8. Your content

You retain all rights to the data you enter. You confirm that you are entitled to enter your guests' personal data as organiser of your event, and that you will use the invitation and RSVP features only for your own wedding — not for marketing or bulk messaging.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, resell access, or use it for unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Availability, data and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Your data is stored on EU servers with automatic daily backups (see our Privacy Policy). In the event of a technical failure we will restore the most recent available backup; changes made after that backup may be lost.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability — including for loss or corruption of data — is limited to intent and gross negligence, and in total to the amount you paid for the Service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. costs towards vendors, venues or guests resulting from lost or incorrect data). The Service is a planning aid: please keep your own copies of critical information (the app offers CSV and PDF exports), and verify final numbers — guest counts, payment schedules, timings — directly with your vendors.

11. Changes

We may modify the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be shown in the app or sent by e-mail. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the Service.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland — mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
